ProsePal offers AI-powered tools to assist authors with analytics, fine-tuning, writing, and related tasks for their manuscripts and literary works.
(a) Content Ownership: Users must only upload or input data, manuscripts, and writing that they own or have explicit permission to use. The use of copyrighted, plagiarized, or third-party content without proper authorization is strictly prohibited.
(b) Data Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and data and are liable for all activities under their account.
(c) Acceptable Use: Users must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
(a) User Content: Users retain all rights to their original content uploaded or created through our services.
(b) AI-Generated Content: Content generated by the AI that is derivative of user-provided data is the intellectual property of the user. ProsePal makes no claim over such AI-generated content.
(c) Service Content: All intellectual property rights in the underlying code, software, and algorithms of our service belong to ProsePal. The service code will be available under an open-source MIT license, which governs its use and distribution.
User data and information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://prosepal.io/privacy.
ProsePal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado and the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
